Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick oleo
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a blender
until
well
mixed. Pour into 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes; turn oven down to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes.
