1/3 c. honey
1 Tbsp. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 c. unsweetened coconut
Preparation

Mix honey, oil and eggs with wire whisk.
Add almond extract, orange peel, salt, oatmeal and coconut.
Stir until well blended. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 7 minutes or until tops are light brown.
