Olive Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. olive oil
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. vinegar
1 garlic clove
Preparation

Cut a slit in each olive.
Fill a jar with olives.
Cover with marinade.
Olives will keep many months and improve with marinating.
You can also use this over salad or as a marinade for steak tips, lamb tips or pork tips.
