Ingredients
- 
                            1/2 c. rice
1 qt. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 Tbsp. sugar or 1/4 c.
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
- 
                            Wash rice thoroughly; add the other ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish.
Bake 3 hours in a slow oven (300\u00b0).
The mixture should not boil.
