Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 to 4 sweet potatoes (2 1/4 lb.)
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves (ground)
13 oz. Pet evaporated milk
2 pie shells (unbaked)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream potatoes.
Stir in butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs.
Mix spices, salt and milk in potato mixture.
Pour into pie shells.
Bake 70 minutes.
