Sauerkraut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. oleo
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. washed, drained and chopped sauerkraut
Preparation

Cream well the oleo and sugar.
Mix eggs, flour, baking powder, soda, cocoa and salt together with water, vanilla and kraut.
Mix well.
Bake in greased and floured 2 layer or sheet cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
