Mama'S Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut (1 qt.)
    1 (4 oz.) can pimientos, drained and chopped
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 diced green pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Refrigerate overnight. Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
