Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice cooked (regular or converted)
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 pkg. broccoli, cooked
    1/4- 1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Form rice into crust in bottom of large casserole.
    Saut onion and celery in butter.
    Combine this with broccoli, soup and Cheez Whiz.
    Pour over crust and sprinkle with cheese.
    (Sprinkle on a little paprika if desired.)
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
