Mom'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 potatoes
6 to 8 slices bacon
1 to 2 onions
2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cube and cook 4 to 6 potatoes, depending on size.
Salt to taste.
Save the water.
Brown diced bacon.
Dice onion and saute after removing the bacon from the skillet.
When tender, add the onions and bacon to the potatoes and water.
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons flour to bacon grease and brown.
Add some potato water and simmer until thickened.
Add to potatoes and simmer.
