Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 c. Chinese noodles
Preparation

Drain tuna.
Cook the peas for a few minutes in the microwave. Mix tuna, peas, celery and onions.
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic salt and soy sauce.
Add to tuna and other ingredients. Just before serving, add almonds and Chinese noodles.
