German Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup or sour cream (1/2 pt.)
2 tsp. beef bouillon
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. caraway seed
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Brown chops in oil.
Remove from pan.
Saute onions until golden.
Add water, bouillon, soup and caraway to pan with onions. Simmer until it starts to boil.
Reduce heat and add chops. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve with boiled noodles, red cabbage or green beans.
(Gravy tastes like rye bread.)
