Swedish Ham Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground ham
    1 1/2 lb. ground lean pork
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Make balls of the first 5 ingredients.
    Mix the last 4 ingredients and pour over ham balls.
    Put in baking dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered, and 1/2 hour, uncovered.
