Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. yellow squash
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    8 oz. pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. melted butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion until tender.
    Combine soup, sour cream and carrots.
    Fold in cooked squash.
    Mix stuffing mix with butter.
    Spread 1/2 crumb mixture into bottom of casserole.
    Pour squash mixture over, then top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
