Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. butter
    1 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 (8 oz.) can Dole pineapple
    1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Oriental style mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large skillet.
    Saute pork over medium-high heat until pork is done, about 6 to 8 minutes.
    Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
    Combine remaining syrup, vinegar, rice and Worcestershire sauce in a 2-cup liquid measure.
    Add almonds and pineapple juice and then the pork mixture.
    Simmer until rice is tender.
