Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice (white)
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. cumin
    2 tsp. seasoning salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of garlic powder
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Place oil and rice in skillet.
    On low to medium heat, saute until golden brown (continue stirring).
    Add onions; saute for 2 minutes.
    Add water, tomato sauce and all spices.
    Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and cover tightly.
    Cook approximately 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
