Elvis Presley Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, diced
    1 c. onions, diced
    1 c. green pepper, diced
    2 c. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick butter
    6 slices bread
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on until halfway cooked.
    Peel and cube.
    Put potatoes in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Then layer onions, green pepper and cheese.
    Butter both sides of bread, cube and put on top of cheese.
    Melt butter and pour evenly over top. Bake at 375\u00b0 until potatoes are done, approximately 45 minutes.
