Butter Barbecue Beef Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 onion slices
    Butter Barbecue Sauce
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, eggs, crumbs, green pepper, milk, catsup, salt and pepper.
    Divide into patties on aluminum foil squares. Top each patty with a slice of onion and 2 to 3 tablespoons Butter Barbecue Sauce.
    Bring up sides of foil, fold tight.
    Fold ends over and over up close to meat.
    Grill 3 inches from coals on grill for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Turn and grill 10 to 12 minutes more.
    Makes 8 servings.
