Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 or 15 oz.) can artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of garlic powder
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice and garlic powder; mix well.
Spread in ungreased 9-inch quiche or pie pan or a 1-quart shallow casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with crackers or vegetable dippers.
Makes 2 cups.
