Black-Eyed Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 (No. 303) can black-eyed peas
    6 strips bacon, fried crisp and chopped
    1 c. green peppers, chopped
    1 (No. 303) can tomatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Simmer celery, green peppers and onions in drippings until done.
    Add peas, tomatoes and chopped bacon.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Simmer for about 20 minutes.
