Spiced Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 egg white
1 c. pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. allspice
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix sugar, salt and spices in bowl.
Spread 1/4 of this mixture into shallow 10 x 15-inch baking dish.
Dip pecans into egg and butter mixture and then into spice mixture.
Place into pan; sprinkle rest of spice mixture over nuts in pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 300\u00b0 or until nuts are light brown.
Stir to separate.
Cool and store in tightly closed container.
