Mexican Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 large green pepper
1 large onion
1 jar salsa (mild)
Brick Longhorn cheese (yellow)
Preparation

Line a pie plate with cream cheese.
Dice pepper and onion and sprinkle over cream cheese.
Pour salsa over all of it.
Blend the Longhorn cheese in blender and put over mixture.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with tortilla chips.
