Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 1/2 c. Uncle Ben's rice
    2 chicken boullion cubes
    8 c. water
    1/4 -1/2 c. pine nuts
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stick butter or oleo
    Salt, pepper, cumin to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken in water and skim off the
    foam. Add boullion cubes.
    When chicken is cooked, remove, cool and shred meat. Brown pine nuts in butter till golden brown.
    Remove nuts and then brown onions.
    Wash rice and put into broth.
    Cover and let rice cook. When rice is nearly done, add chicken, onions, pine nuts and seasoning.
