Mint And Mandarin Sauce For Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. mandarin peel in syrup
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 c. fresh chopped mint
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. mandarin juice
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients.
    Steep slowly for 30 minutes.
    Serve as sauce for lamb chops or leg of lamb.
