Easy Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    2 onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 small jar mushrooms
    2 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    In casserole, combine stew meat with remaining ingredients. Cover tightly.
    Bake at 300\u00b0
    for 4 hours.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
