Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. thawed hash browns
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    12 oz. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and boil with jackets on.
    When done, cut lengthwise in half.
    Make small slits in potato and sprinkle with salt, pepper and melted butter to taste.
    Dip potato in barbecue sauce and place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Good hot or cold.
