Maxine'S Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 potatoes, boil in jackets until tender
1 onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/4-inch sour cream
3/4 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
buttered cornflake crumbs
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in margarine.
Cool and slice potatoes. Mix together with chicken soup and mushroom soup.
Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup cheese.
Add celery and onion.
Add milk.
Mix well.
