Fruit Cake Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. candied mixed fruit
    1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates
    grated peel of 1 lemon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
    Measure flour, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, milk, eggs, vanilla and baking powder.
    Mix at low speed until just mixed.
    Increase speed to high and beat 3 minutes.
