Shirley'S Diabetic Cookie Bar - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
2 c. raisins
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
2/3 c. fructose
egg substitute (to equal 2 eggs)
2 tsp. vanilla or any flavoring
Preparation

Cook raisins and water until water absorbed.
Let cool completely.
Sift all dry ingredients twice.
Mix applesauce, egg substitute and vanilla into raisins.
Add dry ingredients.
Spray cookie sheet with vegetable spray.
Spread mixture.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cut into 2-inch squares.
