Tuna Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 stalk minced celery
    1 (11 oz.) can corn
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    4 tsp. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. skimmed milk
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. brown mustard
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) drained and flaked tuna
    4 refrigerator biscuits, halved horizontally
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in large skillet.
    Add onion, garlic, celery, corn and black pepper and cook approximately 5 minutes.
    Blend in flour, chicken broth and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
    Add cheese, mustard and lemon juice.
    Remove from heat.
    Blend in tuna.
