Potato Dumplings With Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small ham or pork hocks
    6 c. water
    2 c. flour
    6 c. raw, ground up potatoes
Preparation
    Cook ham or pork hocks in water for about 1 hour or 20 minutes in a pressure cooker.
    Mix flour and potatoes.
    Drop by spoonfuls into ham water and cook about 40 minutes.
    Serve with butter.
