Barbecued Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes
1 small onion
1 1/2 c. whole milk
1 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to tate
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce
1/4 lb. American cheese, finely sliced
Preparation
-
Put raw potatoes, thinly sliced, in a large skillet.
Cover with milk.
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour or until potatoes are cooked.
