Holly Taters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. fried chicken seasoning
3/4 tsp. black pepper
6 large potatoes, unpeeled and cut into wedges
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except potatoes. Wash potatoes well and cut into 6 to 8 wedges each.
Place in mixture in plastic bag. Add potatoes, a few pieces at a time.
Shake to coat each side. Place in baking pan.
Melt 1 stick margarine and pour over top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
