Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6-8 potatoes (or more)
1 onion, diced
3 Tbsp. melted oleo
2 c. chicken broth or 2 chicken bouillon cubes and 2 c. water (dissolved)
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Peel and quarter Irish potatoes; place in casserole dish. Sprnkle diced onions over potatoes.
Dribble melted oleo over potatoes and onions.
Pour chicken broth over mixture.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over mixture.
Bake 45 min. or until potatoes are tender, in a 350\u00b0 oven.
