Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. Minute rice
1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli, thawed
1 medium onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
Preparation

In a medium saucepan over low heat, place soup, milk, margarine and 1/2 cup of cheese.
Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
