20 Ritz crackers
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped pecans
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation

Pour into round cake tin.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
