Flannel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 pt. cream
2 eggs
1/2 pt. new milk
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine flour with cream; beat in eggs until smooth.
Add baking powder to milk, then slowly add to flour mixture, beating well.
Fry with a little lard added to griddle before each cake.
