Dutch Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced cooked potatoes
2 slices bacon
1 small onion, diced
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cut the bacon into squares.
Fry.
Remove and dry on paper towel.
Pour 1/4 or 1/2 the fat over the diced potatoes.
Brown onion.
Add vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper.
When hot, add potatoes and bacon.
Heat thoroughly.
