Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 good size split chicken breasts (4 pieces)
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, diced the size for soup
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 (16 oz.) can green peas
    salt and pepper
    pie crust (enough to line and top a 10 x 14-inch baking pan or dish)
Preparation
    Boil chicken and onion until done, having at least 2 quarts of broth left.
    Remove chicken from broth.
    Allow to cool.
    Add potatoes to broth and boil until done.
    Remove bone and skin from chicken, pulling chicken into small pieces.
    Add chicken and peas back to broth.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
