Fryer And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 fryer, cut into pieces
    1 pkg. onion soup (optional)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    extra canned mushrooms (if desired)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except chicken.
    Place in large casserole dish; arrange fryer on top.
    Cover tightly; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Salt and pepper chicken pieces before placing on rice.
