Broccoli With Black Olives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch broccoli (1 1/2 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 oz. pitted black olives
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in a small amount of water for 10 minutes (or in a microwave according to directions); drain.
    Saute garlic in olive oil until lightly browned.
    Add broccoli and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Add olives and heat 2 more minutes.
    Serve immediately and sprinkle with cheese.
    Add salt and pepper at the table. Serves 4 (90 calories per serving).
