Chicken Aluette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

boneless chicken breast (1 to 2 per person, use halves not whole)
pkg. puff pastry
Aluette garlic cheese or similar type
egg wash (1 beaten egg with water)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Pound chicken breast between wax paper to flatten slightly.
Cut sheets of puff pastry if large and roll out to hold each piece of chicken.
Spread cheese spread on chicken and put on puff pastry.
Fold over and seal edges.
It will look like pocket pastry.
Paint with egg wash and put in oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
I have done it without the egg wash and it works.
