Soybean Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked soybeans, mashed
1 tsp. salt
1 onion
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. cashews, ground
1/4 tsp. garlic
2 Tbsp. yeast flakes
1/2 tsp. rosemary and thyme or any favorite herb
Preparation

Mix well and add if needed 1/4 cup flour.
Drop by large spoonful into sprayed frying pan or bake as a loaf in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
