Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 sticks Land O Lakes butter
12 eggs
4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. raisins
3 qt. chopped pecans
1 pkg. chopped dates
1 lb. candied cherries, cut up
1 lb. candied pineapple, cut up
Preparation

Sift 2 cups of flour over fruit and nuts.
Cream the butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, vanilla, cinnamon and 1 cup of flour.
Mix well.
Stir in fruit and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Stir every 15 minutes.
When done, pack into tube pans or loaf pans using the bottom of a Coke bottle.
