Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. seasoned chicken broth
1 egg
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Heat the chicken broth in pan.
Combine cornstarch and cold water and stir until smooth.
Stir into hot chicken broth and cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
Beat egg with whisk until frothy.
Gently stir into simmering broth and turn off heat immediately.
Egg should float like a cloud to surface. Serve immediately.
Serves 2.
