Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper as desired
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. hot milk
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Place half the potatoes in a greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with half the flour, salt and pepper; dot with half the butter.
    Repeat with the rest of the ingredients. Pour milk over top; cover the baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover; bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are brown on top, approximately 30 minutes.
    Add more milk during cooking if potatoes become dry.
