Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 small purple onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Wash spinach; pat dry and tear into bite size pieces.
    Combine with mushrooms, onion, almonds and egg.
    Combine oil and remaining ingredients in jar.
    Cover tightly and shake.
    Pour dressing over spinach mixture just before serving and toss.
