Beef Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. medium mushrooms
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms.
    Drain, remove stems and set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Shape meat mixture into balls and fill mushrooms.
    Place on jelly roll pan. Broil 2-inches from heat for about 5 minutes or until meat is brown.
    Serve warm.
