Chili Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    6 oz. tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Saute onions and pepper.
    Add ground chuck until done, but not brown.
    Add soup, tomato sauce, tomato paste and chili powder. Simmer 30 minutes.
    Add cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
