Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    2 to 3 dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. warm milk
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    5 c. whole wheat flour
    6 c. water
Preparation
    In a large bowl, add warm water, yeast and sugar.
    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add warm milk, shortening, eggs and salt.
    Make a stiff dough.
    Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down and make into loaves (4).
    Let rise 30 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
