Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. fresh blueberries
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar together.
Beat eggs; stir in. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Add alternately with milk to first mixture.
Add berries.
Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
